"It is great, until you don't follow the directions and accidentally let it go in the dryer, even on low heat, it will never be the same. Brand new, it was super soft, but the dryer left it feeling scratchy, as even the low heat damaged the Merino wool fibers. Lesson learned. I have many Icebreaker shirts and this was the first time I screwed up and let it get dried other than hanging to dry or laying flat. I've even purchased at their retail store in NZ, highly recommended."
