Qu’est-ce que la laine mérinos?
Merino is super lightweight, soft, non-itchy, non-clammy, warm in the cold and cool in the heat, and has a miraculous ability to resist odour. Because it was made in the mountains rather than in a petrochemical laboratory. Merino wool fibre is naturally renewable, recyclable and biodegradable

Definitely Recommend for hiking and traveling.

"I'd give it 5 stars with the exception of the price and the belt buckle being upside down(gravity should help lock it not unlock it, the fix is to twist it upside down). I bought them to be my traveling pants and they worked perfectly on my trip to Australia and NZ for their early spring(don't wear them through security though at the airport). I definitely recommend them for traveling and hiking. I just wish I could exchange my extra pair size 38(still in original packaging) for another size 36 because I was unaware of my size back then."

Press stud fastener ripped out after a few wears

"Poor quality. Don't know if it's a one off or a design issue but press stud ripped out after a few wears. Seems to be sown into a seam."

Harry (1/5)

Unattractive

"The style and functionality were ok, but the large, white ""Icebreaker"" name stitched in was not. I paid for the pants. I didn't pay to be a walking advertisement for the brand. Something discrete would be ok. That was not ok."

Snavedog (1/5)

Lightweight, Warm and fits like a glove

"To my knowledge no-one other than icebreaker makes wool hiking pants. These are ideal for trekking. Tough, light and warm. The built in belt is a bonus and helps to keep the pants light. It would be nice to see some additional colours like Khaki. Id buy these again."

Michael (5/5)

Light and comfy pants

"I really like the fit and feel of these pants. Nice and light. Just wish I could use a regular belt with them. Otherwise, they're awesome pants. Love the fabric."

Mountainman (5/5)

Icebreaker has done it again.

"These pants are the ideal blend of comfort and movement, perfect for everything from mountain hikes to long-haul flights to city explorations. The fit and material provide exceptional comfortable. Highly recommend!"
