"Great for intermediate weather (30f to 50f). Love the material and quality. I did not like the mock turtle neck color that loose fitting? The color ruined the shirt for me. Why couldn't it be a normal color with the 260 weight? Size of shirt was a good fit true to size. Great for working outdoors wicks moisture away and keeps you warm."

Sizing is off. Way off.

"I ordered an XXL size following the sizing guidelines strictly (chest size was dead in the middle of the XXL size). I'm normally an L or XL depending on compression. The garment is too large and clearly does not follow the sizing suggestions. The chest is loose shoulders are too wide and sleeves are monkey-arm long - nothing like the pictures of the garment on the model. I recommend that you size down from whatever the sizing guide suggests. All sales are final so I'm stuck with these things. The wool has a nice hand feel but does have some scratchiness against the body common with wool products. I'll give it a go but based on the product pictures showing a tighter fit it is not what I expected or wanted."

Great but only has 1 dimensional sizes.

"I bought a size M and size L of this. It's great if you want a little more cover than the normal long sleeve tops. But a couple flaws is that the turtleneck is not tall enough to protect the neck well and the only way to get a larger neck size is to get a larger overall size. You can't choose the sizes seperately for example if someone has a size L neck, a size M shoulders and size S waist, with the normal top the simple choice is just buying a size M top and let it hang loose around the waist, but if you buy a size M turtleneck then it's too tight on the neck and if youbuy a size L turtleneck then it's too loose everywhere other than the neck."

great turtle neck

"I have several merino long sleeve tops but most of them leave the neck bare. I have also one covers the lower part of the neck with a short fairly stiff front zipper making them less comfortable. Even I have a fairly large head that turtle neck is no problem. Turtle necks are great to keep yo r neck warm but a lightweight version would be great for sun protection."
