icebreaker warranty information
We will replace your icebreaker garment within one (1) year from the original retail purchase date, if it has been damaged by defective fabric, stitching or workmanship if returned with proof of purchase from an authorized seller.
This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from icebreaker or an icebreaker authorized retailer. It is limited to the original purchaser and is nontransferable, except where prohibited by applicable local law. icebreaker reserves the right to decline warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and does not affect any other statutory rights you may have as a consumer, which may vary by state and country.
Comfort guarantee
We take pride in creating exceptionally comfortable, high-performing merino clothing. If your icebreaker garment does not meet your expectations, return it within 30 days with proof of purchase from an authorized seller. Follow the instructions below, and we will be pleased to issue a refund.
