Good news! icebreaker offers free returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
* Excludes items listed as final sale. Final Sale items cannot be returned. All pro orders are Final Sale and not eligible for returns and exchanges.

Return the unworn item(s) to the store where you originally made the purchase for a refund or exchange.

Are you a guest or received an item as a gift?
Be ready with your order number and purchasers last name and visit Order Status to initiate your return.
2. Process your Return.
Select the item(s) you wish to return.
Select the reason for the return.
Select your return method.
3. Package your item(s).
Help us lower our impact and cut down on waste by reusing the box or bag your purchase was received in.
Print your return label and secure it to your package. No printer? Select the QR code return method and FedEx Office locations can print it for you free of charge.
4. Ship your package.
Drop your package off at your selected return location.
5. Receive your refund and confirmation.
Once the warehouse receives and reviews your package, your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

How do I reprint my return label?
If you just finished processing your return, you should receive an email with the ability to reprint your return label. If you can’t locate that email, please sign into your online account to view your returns history.
How do I create an exchange?
icebreaker does not offer online exchanges at this time. Please return your item(s) for a refund and repurchase the desired item.
How do I make a return without my order number?
You only need your email address to access your order record. Please enter it here to start the return process.
Why won’t the site accept my order number?
Please revisit your order history or order confirmation email to find your correct order number.
How do I return a gift?
If you received a gift, you will need to contact the original purchaser to process the return in the Order Status section. The refund will be processed to their original form of payment. If this information is not available, please contact us.
I purchased this in a store, can I return this online?
Please return the item at the original store of purchase. icebreaker only accepts online returns for items purchased directly from icebreaker.com.
Can my refund go back to a gift card?
The return will go back to your original form of payment. If a gift card was used, you will receive a gift card via email.
What if I do not have a printer to print my return label?
Select the QR code return method and FedEx Office locations can print it for you free of charge.
How long will it take to get my money back?
Refunds may take up to 3-5 weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing.
