"I ordered the men’s version of these socks so that they would be bigger than the women’s they look like they’re for a child …a small child. They’re very short in length at the ankle and on the foot and they are more than thin. I waited to return them until I got a second item that I ordered in addition to my original order. I wanted to make a decision on all the items and return whatever I was going to return together. All of the items took forever to get here longer than any other web site from whom I order with free shipping and now that I’m trying to return the socks, it says that they’re outside the return window. Please note that I have bought icebreaker for many many years and I have bought icebreaker socks for many years. The quality of these socks is really disappointing."

These sock have changed. . .

"I've worn the Hike+ Light Crew socks for about 10 years maybe longer. I used to think they were the best socks in the world. I just ordered 3 pair of these and when they arrived I was very surprised that they completely redesigned them. They are now more like the Ultra Light socks very thin stitching and fabric over the top of the foot. They are no longer soft and thick at all the top part of the sock is so thin you can see through it. Very disappointed and wondering why Icebreaker messed with the best socks ever :("
