icebreaker, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC, is proud to offer the nature.rewards Program (“nature.rewards” or the “Program”).
1. Privacy and Community; Notice of Bona Fide Loyalty Disclosures for Colorado Residents; Notice of Financial Incentive for California Residents.
Your participation in the Program is voluntary and subject to icebreaker’s Privacy Policy (which may be found at https://www.icebreaker.com/en-us/service-privacy-policy.html), including but not limited to the Bona Fide Loyalty Disclosure and Notice of Financial Incentive. Icebreaker’s Privacy Policy is made a part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and icebreaker’s Privacy Policy, icebreaker’s Privacy Policy will control.

2. Membership
A. Eligibility: A Member must be at least 18 years of age (or age of majority in their state/province of residence, whichever is greater) or above to enroll in the Program. Employees of VF Corporation and all its subsidiaries and affiliate entities (including icebreaker, a Division of VF Outdoor, LLC in the United States, and a division of VF Outdoor Canada Co. in Canada) and/or individuals receiving a discount or free product to represent the icebreaker brand (including influencers and endorsers) are not eligible.
B. How to Join: Before joining and/or participating in the Program, you are strongly advised to carefully review these Terms. You may register to become a nature.rewards Member online at icebreaker.com by creating an account and indicating that you want to be a nature.rewards Member. Once you've created your nature.rewards account, you will: earn Points on all Qualifying Purchases at icebreaker Retail and Outlet stores in the United States and Canada and on Qualifying Purchases made at icebreaker.com, be able to access your Member account balance, and view/print Points earned which may be used for redemption once you have earned a minimum of 200 Points. You will also be signing up to receive Program emails and Member Offers as well as general marketing emails.
C. Creating your online account password: When setting up your online account, it is important that you create a complex password and that you ensure that you do not share your password with others. Both of these measures are your responsibility.
D. Updating information: You are responsible for providing the correct email address to ensure proper issuance and accounting of Points. As a result, each Member is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated personal information, including their email address. You may update your personal information for your account online at icebreaker.com.
3. Program Benefits – Earning Points; Redeeming Points for Discounts; Membership Levels; Referral Program
When an individual joins the Program, they can earn points on purchases made at icebreaker Retail and Outlet stores in the United States† and Canada, and at the icebreaker website at www.icebreaker.com/en-us in the United States, and www.icebreaker.com/en-ca or www.icebreaker.com/fr-ca in Canada (together, the “Website”). (Points may also be earned via various activities which do not involve the purchase of merchandise from icebreaker as set forth in the “Earning Points w/o Purchase” Chart below.)
A. Earning Points
Register as a Member by creating an account on the Website. If an individual does not complete their Member profile at the time of registration, they may do so at a later time. When purchases are made on the Website or at icebreaker Retail and Outlet stores in the United States or Canada†, Members will receive one (1) Point for every $1 spent on eligible products. Eligible products INCLUDE both regular and sale-priced merchandise but EXCLUDE gift cards. (For clarity, the purchase of an eligible product is a Qualifying Purchase.)

Points earned will be credited to Member at the time of purchase if the purchase is made at an icebreaker Retail and Outlet store in the United States or Canada; and, as discussed below, the Points can be redeemed at such time. For purchase made on the Website, Points will be earned at the time of product shipment and not order placement. (Points earned without purchase will be credited to Member at the time of completion of designated non-purchase activity and can be redeemed at such time.) In all cases, it may take up to (72) hours for earned Points to be reflected in Member’s account. Once redeemed as per subsection B below, Points will be removed from Member’s account.
Points will expire 365 days after the last customer activity relating to the Program engaged in by a Member (“Last Customer Activity”). Last Customer Activity is defined as any of the following actions:
- Earning Points (with or without icebreaker product purchase)
- Redeeming Points
- Importing or adjusting Points
- Receiving a perk/reward (excluding reward received for one’s Birthday or Anniversary)
- Redeeming a perk/reward/coupon (excluding reward received for one’s Birthday or Anniversary)
- Participation in the nature.rewards Referral Program (as per subsection E below)

The 365 day period replaces the Program’s “nature.rewards year.”
If after issuance of Points with purchase, the corresponding icebreaker products purchased are returned for a refund or store credit, the Points earned for making such purchase will be deducted from the Member’s account. If Member already redeemed such Points (as discussed below), the Member’s account will show a negative balance. (For clarity, a negative balance does not represent a collectible debt owed to icebreaker; rather, the negative balance will only be used to offset future Points earned by such Member. Negative balance will only expire when offset by earning Points unless icebreaker elects to waive a negative balance on a case-by-case basis in its sole discretion.)
Points have no cash value. Also, Points are personal to you as the Member. You cannot give or transfer your Points to anyone else.
You as the Member are solely responsible for safeguarding Points and your Program account from unauthorized use. Icebreaker will NOT replace any Points that are lost or stolen. You as the Member are solely responsible for advising icebreaker if you believe that your Program account has been compromised and/or your Points have been lost or stolen.
Points are promotional items for Members of the nature.rewards Program and are not gift cards of icebreaker.
Points cannot be earned or redeemed on purchases made outside of icebreaker stores in the United States or Canada; at websites other than the Website; or at third party retailers of icebreaker products.)
Points (for icebreaker product purchase) will not be earned for sales tax, shipping charges, gift boxes or wrapping.

Additional Restrictions on Earning Points without Purchase:
Member represents and warrants that he/she/they performed the corresponding activity in good faith and any information required in conjunction therewith is truthful and accurate.
Earning Points for performing a given activity may be subject to additional restrictions and requirements provided by icebreaker when advertising/offering such activity.
B. Redemption of Points
Once 200 Points have been earned, Points may be redeemed for a percentage discount off the purchase price of icebreaker merchandise of any amount at any icebreaker store in the United States or Canada or on the Website (exclusive of taxes and, for purchases on the Website, exclusive of any shipping fees) as follows:

A maximum of 400 Points may be redeemed for 20% discount in a single transaction.
A percentage discount (i.e., of 10%, 15% or 20%, as the case may be) is valid for one-time use and will be applied in its entirety within a single purchase transaction. Partial application of a percentage discount (i.e., “saving” part of the percentage discount for future use) is NOT permitted.
A minimum purchase is not required to use the percentage discount.
Only one (1) percentage discount may be applied per purchase transaction. The combination of percentage discounts is NOT permitted.
If icebreaker product(s) purchased using percentage discount is/are later returned, Member will only be refunded the final amount paid in the purchase transaction for the returned icebreaker product[s] (AFTER deduction of percentage discount) via the original form of payment. Member will NOT be refunded the value of the percentage discount; and, the Points corresponding to the percentage discount will NOT be restored to the Member’s account.
The exchange of icebreaker product(s) purchased using percentage discount for other icebreaker product(s) will not affect the previous use of percentage discount. Without limiting the preceding, Member will not receive any difference in value occasioned with the product exchange and the Points corresponding to the percentage discount will NOT be restored to the Member’s account.
Points may be redeemed at the same time as using icebreaker coupons, certificates, discounts, gift cards, or offers toward the purchase of products. For the avoidance of doubt, the percentage discount will be applied after price adjustment due to application of icebreaker coupon/certificate/discount/gift card/offer.
C. Membership Levels
Levels are tied to the Points you earned in a given 365 day period‡ as follows:

‡For clarity, for purposes of determination of membership level, a 365 day period begins when Points were earned. This timing is independent of the Point expiration date addressed in subsection A above.
(As of the effective date of September 3, 2025, the Seeker membership level has been eliminated from the Program.)
You will start off with zero (0) Points at the Member membership level (subject to subsection D below regarding conversion of existing Point balance as of the effective date of September 3, 2025). You will progressively get upgraded to higher membership levels upon accumulating a certain amount of Points within a given 365 day period.
For purposes of determination of membership level, there will be a delay of approximately forty-five (45) days between the date of purchase and the crediting of Points to a Member’s account. (The delay does not apply to Points earned via activities not involving an icebreaker purchase.) If a purchased icebreaker product is later returned the corresponding number of Points will be deducted from the Member’s account. If a purchased icebreaker product is later exchanged for another icebreaker product, the corresponding number of Points from the returned icebreaker product will be deducted from the Member’s account and the corresponding number of Points from the received icebreaker product will be credited to the Member’s account; and, in the case of an icebreaker product exchange, the delay period will again commence at the time of the product exchange. Once the delay period terminates and Points are awarded, the Points will be designated as “Confirmed.” (For the avoidance of doubt, the delay period DOES NOT apply to the redemption of Points which is discussed in subsection B above.)
Each membership level features certain benefits. For example, Members achieving The Natural membership level will receive exclusive access to certain offers and a coupon redeemable for one-time expedited free shipping on qualifying purchases on the Website(expiration date and/or other restrictions apply to coupon/offer redemption); Members achieving the Grower and The Natural membership levels will receive early access to icebreaker sales (subject to restrictions); Members achieving the Rookie, Grower and The Natural membership levels will receive free ground shipping and a coupon redeemable for 20% off a qualifying purchases on the Website on their birthday (expiration date and/or other restrictions apply to coupon redemption; restrictions apply to free ground shipping offer).
Members achieving Grower and The Natural membership levels will remain at that membership level for the applicable 365 day period. Assuming that the Member does not engage in any further Points-earning activity during the applicable 365 day period, after the conclusion of such period, Members at The Natural membership level will be downgraded to the Grower membership level and Program Members at the Grower membership level will be downgraded to the Rookie membership level.
D. Conversion of Existing Point Balance and Program Rewards
As of the effective date of September 3, 2025, any existing Points in a nature.rewards Member’s account will be divided by a factor of 10 so as to fairly transition Members to the Program’s revised Point structure. By way of example, if a Member has 500 Points in their account as of the effective date of September 3, 2025, that Point balance will be converted to 50 Points as of the effective date. Points will be rounded up to the nearest factor of 10 in making the Point conversion. By way of additional example, if a Member has 475 Points, the Member will be automatically raised to 480 Points.
As of the effective date of September 3, 2025, if a Member has earned but not used a Reward Certificate, the Member will be issued a one-time use discount code of equivalent value as the Reward Certificate that the Member earned but didn’t use The discount code is subject to its stated expiration date as well as other terms and conditions on its use.
No action on the Member’s part is required in conjunction with the conversion of existing Points/Reward Certificate as discussed above.
icebreaker will notify Members via update to his/her/their account and e-mail communication as to conversion of existing Point Balance and Program Rewards.
For clarity, beginning as of the effective date of September 3, 2025, icebreaker will no longer issue Reward Certificates as part of the nature.rewards Program.
E. nature.rewards Referral Program
1. Overview. Participation in the nature.rewards Referral Program is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth in this subsection. The nature.rewards Referral Program Terms and Conditions are made a part of the Terms and Conditions of the nature.rewards Program. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions of the nature.rewards Referral Program and the nature.rewards Program, the Terms and Conditions set forth in this subsection will prevail, govern and control in all respects with regard to any issue arising from the nature.rewards Referral Program and, in all other cases, the nature.rewards Program Terms and Conditions will prevail, govern and control.
2. Referring Members.
(a) Membership in the nature.rewards Program is a pre-condition to participation in the nature.rewards Referral Program.
(b) Referring nature.rewards Program Member (“Referrer”) will receive 20 Points for each qualifying referral made (that is, where the referred person [“Referred Person”] makes his/her/their first purchase on the Website using the Referrer’s Referral Code.) To be counted as a qualifying referral, the referral must be in full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the nature.rewards Referral Program, as determined by icebreaker in its sole and absolute discretion. Without limitation, icebreaker may condition the provision of Points on Referrer providing information and materials substantiating the legitimacy of the referral, in its sole and absolute discretion. Points will be reflected in Referrer’s account within twenty-four (24) hours of Referred Person’s purchase using the Referrer’s Referral Code. Icebreaker will also notify the Referrer that a Referred Person has used his/her/their Referral Code.
(c) If Referred Person does not provide the Referrer’s Referral Code at the time of purchase (or if Referral Code is provided but is incomplete or otherwise inaccurate), the purchase will not be counted as a qualifying referral and no Points will be provided to Referrer.
(d) A Referrer’s Referral Code will only result in award of Points based on the first qualifying purchase made by a Referred Person. Points will NOT be awarded based on subsequent purchases by Referred Person.
(d) Referrer is strongly encouraged to secure permission from each possible, prospective Referred Person before sharing the Referral Code with such person. (See also subsection 3 below regarding eligibility of Referred Persons.)
(e) In any communications with possible, prospective Referred Persons, Referrer is cautioned to disclose the material connection between him/her/themself and icebreaker, in that icebreaker will provide Points to the Referrer if the Referred Person makes a purchase on the Website using the Referrer’s Referral Code. By way of example, #icebreakerPromotion.
(f) Referral Code may only be used by the Referrer to whom it was provided by icebreaker. Any attempted assignment, barter, purchase or sale of Referral Code is void ab initio and constitutes fraud.
(g) Use of bulk email distribution, dissemination/publication of Referral Codes to strangers via unsolicited e-mail or other form of communication (including “spamming”) is strictly prohibited. Without limitation, Referral Codes are intended for use by Referrers on an individual basis. Offering any benefit, consideration or quid pro quo to a Referred Person for receiving and/or redeeming a Referral Code is strictly prohibited.
(h) Points will be rescinded and void if Referred Person’s purchase made using the Referrer’s Referral Code is cancelled by icebreaker or its payment processor; or
is returned by the Referred Person for a refund. If Referrer has already redeemed such Points, the negative balance policy of subsection A above shall apply.
3. Referred Persons.
(a) To be counted as a qualifying referral:
(i) The Referred Person must be a new customer to icebreaker. A new customer is defined as a person who, to the best of the knowledge and belief of the Referrer, has not made a purchase on or registered for an account on the Website. (Without limiting the foregoing, Referred Persons EXCLUDE individuals who were Members of the nature.rewards Program but whose membership in same was terminated/revoked by icebreaker for any reason.)
(ii) The Referred Person must be 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state/province of residence, whichever is older) or above, personally known to the Referrer and the Referrer must have a good-faith belief that the referred person is interested in icebreaker clothing, accessories and other products. Any commercial or business use of the nature.rewards Referral Program, including affiliate lead generation, is strictly prohibited.
(iii) The Referred Person must not be an employee of VF Corporation and all its subsidiaries and affiliate entities (including icebreaker, a Division of VF Outdoor, LLC in the United States, and a division of VF Outdoor Canada Co. in Canada) and/or individuals receiving a discount or free product to represent the icebreaker brand (including influencers and endorsers) or a re-seller of icebreaker products.
(iv) A given individual may only be counted as a qualifying referral with Points a maximum of one (1) time, with Points being earned by one (1) Referrer.
(b) Referred Person will receive a discount of 15% off their purchase of $100 or more (pre-tax, excluding shipping charges) on the Website. Discount is valid for one-time use and must be applied in its entirety within a single purchase transaction. Additional restrictions apply to discount.
4. Release.
By agreeing to participate in the nature.rewards Referral Program (as either a Referrer or a Referred Person), you release icebreaker, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC in the United States, and a division of VF Outdoor Canada Co. in Canada, any of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and each of the respective, directors, officers, employees and agents of any of the foregoing (the "Released Parties") from all liability with respect to the referral procedure, including the receipt and use of any benefit in conjunction therewith and, with regard to the Referrer, the violation of rights of any right of privacy (be it under the theory of intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, portrayal in a false light, appropriation or otherwise), intellectual property or other rights of any third party. You further agree through your agreement to participate in the nature.rewards Referral Program to release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to your participation in the nature.rewards Referral Program, the receipt/use of any benefit in conjunction therewith, or agreement to these Terms.
5. General.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, icebreaker disclaims any and all liability in conjunction with any technological failure, malfunction or error of any kind in implementing the nature.rewards Referral Program. The preceding includes but is not limited to any technological failure/malfunction/error affecting the use of Referral Codes, the award of Points or discounts in the nature.rewards Referral Program.
Any attempt to defraud icebreaker as to the use of participation in the nature.rewards Referral Program (as either a Referrer or a Referred Person), including the use of Referral Codes, constitutes fraud and is an actionable violation of icebreaker’s rights. In such case, icebreaker will void any Points issued and discounts used in conjunction with such conduct (and, to the extent applicable, require immediate reimbursement of any redeemed Points/discounts); terminate one’s membership in the nature.rewards Program (with Points earned being forfeited) as well as reserving the right to pursue additional legal sanctions. See also Section 6C below.
4. Changes to the Terms
Membership in the nature.rewards Program and its benefits are offered at the discretion of icebreaker, which reserves the right to terminate, change, limit, modify, or cancel any Program Terms, rules, regulations, benefits, or conditions of participation at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, the nature.rewards Referral Program and other activities by which Points may be earned without icebreaker purchase are subject to modification or cancellation at any time, without notice except as required by applicable law, at our sole and absolute discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we reserve the right, at our sole and absolute discretion, to change, modify, cancel, add or remove any or all portions of these Terms, any policy, FAQ, or guideline pertaining to the nature.rewards Program at any time. We will post the revision date with the revised "Terms" on our website. Electing to remain a Member after a change in the "Terms" constitutes your acceptance of the revised "Terms". The revisions to the Program that icebreaker may make include, but are not limited to, any of the following changes: (i) increase or decrease the number of Points for each purchase and/or activity; (ii) increase the number of Points required for redemption for percentage off purchase price of icebreaker merchandise and/or to qualify for a membership level; (iii) cease providing Points and/or benefits at one or more membership levels; (iv) change the method of becoming a Member; (v) institute or add blackout dates for earning (or redeeming) Points or benefits at one or more membership levels. We will provide you with notice prior to the changes coming into force where required by applicable law, which may include prior notice of 60 to 90 days to Members in Quebec in the event of certain material changes. In the event of Program cancellation, Rewards will be issued according to the current Terms for Points earned.
5. E-Mail Notifications
In joining the Program, you may agree to receive e-mail messages from icebreaker from time to time relating to your participation in the Program. If you elect to receive these e-mails, you will receive e-mails relating to your participation in the Program from icebreaker unless you decide to cancel your Membership as per below. (In the U.S., such messages are commonly referred to as “transactional e-mails.”)
icebreaker may also send you promotional e-mails with updates, offers and other information regarding icebreaker (but NOT the Program.) You may unsubscribe from receipt of promotional e-mails without affecting your participation in the Program.
icebreaker will try to distinguish e-mail messages relating to your participation in the Program [in the U.S., transactional e-mails] from promotional e-mails; if you’re in doubt as to the type of e-mail you have received, contact icebreaker's Customer Service team at IB_CS@vfc.com or by calling 1-888-530-0075.
6. General Terms of the nature.rewards Program
A. These Terms are void where and to the extent prohibited by law.
B. In the event of a dispute over ownership of a nature.rewards account, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration. For purposes of these Terms, the "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
C. The Program is for end consumers of icebreaker product only (excluding VF Corporation employees who are ineligible for the nature.rewards Program as per Section 2A above), and not for commercial (such as “bulk buying”) use. Abuse of the Program by you, including failure to abide by these Terms, purchase or barter of icebreaker product in quantities that evidences commercial rather than consumer intent, the sale or barter (or the attempted sale or barter) of Points or promotional offers, and any misrepresentation of fact relating thereto or other improper conduct as determined by icebreaker in its sole judgment may result in cancellation of a Member's nature.rewards account and future disqualification from Program participation, forfeiture of all Points accrued, and loss of all attendant Program benefits. At our discretion, we may prosecute abuse of the Program to the fullest extent of the law.
D. A Member may opt-out of the Program (that is, cancel their Program membership) at any point in time by emailing icebreaker's Customer Service team at IB_CS@vfc.com or by calling 1-888-530-0075. Where a Member opts-out, the Member will forfeit all Points accrued and lose all attendant Program benefits.. Points are not transferable and may not be combined among Members or conveyed by any means to anyone, including through a Member's estate, and may not pass to a Member's successors and assigns. Accrued Points do not constitute property of the Member. Accrued Points are not transferable by the Member upon death, as part of a domestic relations matter, or otherwise.
F. By agreeing to participate in the nature.rewards Program, you release icebreaker, a division of VF Outdoor, LLC in the United States, and a division of VF Outdoor Canada Co. in Canada, any of their parents, subsidiaries and affiliate entities, and each of the respective, directors, officers, employees and agents of any of the foregoing (the "Released Parties") from all liability with respect to the misdirection or misuse of any Points, the conversion of existing Point balance to Points and/or the issuance of a one-time discount code for Reward Certificate in one’s Program account as of the effective date of September 3, 2025 as per Section 3D above, or the use of Points/discount codes by an individual other than the nature.rewards Member who earned the Points or corresponding Reward Certificate. You further agree through your agreement to participate in the Program to release the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and other expenses (including, without limitation, attorney's fees) relating to your participation in the nature.rewards Program, use of Points or one-time discount code, or agreement to these Terms.
G. The Released Parties make no warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to nature.rewards, membership in nature.rewards, or any products or services related to nature.rewards.
H. Any claims must be raised and resolved in the federal or state courts located in Dover, Delaware. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by agreeing to participate in the nature.rewards Program, you agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts, to waive any right of change of venue, forum nonconveniens or the like, and that your recovery in any such action shall be limited to your actual costs in participating in the nature.rewards Program (but no more than $50) with consequential, compensatory, incidental and other damages as well as all other forms of relief being expressly waived.
