Complimentary ground shipping is included with every order. Pro Deal orders are subject to a flat-rate shipping charge of $10. Orders are prepared for shipment once payment authorization is complete and the shipping address has been confirmed.
Shipping options vary by region. To help protect your purchase, orders may be delayed or held for additional review when fraud is suspected.

Ground
Valid orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on the destination.
2 Day Air
Valid orders received before 12:00pm are processed and shipped on the same business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery is expected within two business days after shipment.
Next Day Air
Valid orders received before 12:00pm are processed and shipped the same business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Delivery is expected one business day after shipment.
Note: Shipping and tracking information is typically sent within 1–2 business days of placing your order. Available shipping methods vary by region. Risk and title for purchased products pass to you at the point of shipment.

Refunds on shipping charges
If an incorrect item is sent or your order arrives damaged, we will refund the applicable shipping charges to your original method of payment.
*Effective July 1, 2022, Colorado imposes a retail delivery fee on all deliveries by motor vehicle to a location in Colorado with at least one item of tangible personal property subject to state sales or use tax. The retail delivery fee is imposed upon the purchaser. However, the retailer who sold the tangible personal property for delivery by a motor vehicle is required to collect the fee from the purchaser and remit it to the Colorado Department of Revenue.
