"My partner and I each bought these Quantum long sleeve zip jackets in black. We loved the style, fit and weight but returned both of them because of the white Icebreaker logo on the sleeves. We found it really reduced the otherwise classy look of the jacket. Such a shame. I bought one in green that I love but the logo was also in green so it wasn't so obvious. They should definitely correct this flaw in my opinion. Even if it was in grey on black it wouldn't be so obvious."

"Scores highly for all my needs 1) I use public transit and I am often in super cold rooms to work. This is simple enough to be used in the work environment. 2) Frequent traveller, this is 260. The competition uses 150. Hard to believe you can be comfy in those freezing airplanes. I use it as my winter coat on departure day when I go somewhere warm, I just wear a windbreaker over it. If it works for Montreal, it works anywhere. 3) this is what it was designed for. As a mid layer for winter activities. Great for touring skiing, you just put your coat or shell when you get in top. It depends how cold it is."

"I was a bit disappointed since the quality has gotten worse. This is third icebreaker( Merino 260 Quantum Long Sleeve Zip Jacket) in the past 20 years. The elbows always wear out on my husband. He said the original zipper was medal and now it is plastic. As soon as my husband opened it for Christmas, he couldn't pull the plastic zipper up, and it seemed defective. We need to exchange it."
