What makes it an Anatomica?
Anatomica is a lightweight next-to-skin layer. It’s crafted from 150gm merino jersey corespun fabric that’s lighter than most other fabrics we use, and is made with a snug, slim fit that works perfectly as a cozy piece beneath your other layers. Our Anatomica tees fit tighter than other tees in our range and generally have a wider neck opening, just size up if you like a looser fit.

Love them but won’t buy again because of branding

"Great fit and fabric. Want to buy more but don’t like the loud branding on the band. Perfect otherwise."

Must be worn inside-out.

"Would be a great product, except for the care tag, which is printed on a hard and sharp nylon (?). It digs into the skin and causes irritation. It can't be fully cut out—my best efforts don't work."

They just don't last

"After 5 pairs of icebreaker underwear all suffering the same fate, I can't recommend them. Other garments and baselayers have been great, but these deteriorated in less than 2 years. Disappointing."

My year-round, go-to underwear

"I went through a phase of trying all different kinds of underwear. I finally found these which have been my year-round, go-to pair ever since. I live in Texas, and I tend to sweat a lot in the summer time, and these do a great job of keeping me as dry and cool as possible. If I'm ever in a pinch and have to wear them 2 days in a row, they stay stink-free. My size is XL. I'm 5 foot 8 inches and weigh right around 200 pounds. Also, I always let them air dry, or stick them in the dryer for a very short amount of time on delicate. I don't want to take any chances of them shrinking, and it helps them last longer."

My new favorite underwear

"I've worn patagonia underwear and practically everything else for decades. I also purchased a lot of icebreaker products--teeshirts, long sleeve heavyweight shirts, a hoody--when the company first came out, thanks to Rock and Snow, New Paltz, NY. And now, the underwear. I don't know why I waited, but anyway, they feel great, fit great, I bought 6 pairs. I wear them with suits and any outdoor gear. I'm 63, 5'9"" 180 so extralarge fit great. I don't like a tight fit and this was just right for my 35-37 inch waist, depending on how recently I've been to New Orleans. The fly works effortlessly and length is good. They feel very light and you can kind of forget you have them on."
